Lovely gym! My second time being a member here. I did go to a big commercial gym and disliked it, came back to Kama and felt at ease. I love how everyone respects each other's space when working out, the atmosphere is friendly, the gym is clean and it doesn't get very busy. They have recently extended their hours which is really helpful. All the equipment is in good working order and there's lots of variety. There are two private bookable saunas which are heaven to have after your workout or low energy day.

Have only just signed up, but I love how it has such chill and friendly vibes, everyone does their own thing, it’s clean and organised, and I love how much love has gone into then bathrooms too. I was showed around, and as someone just starting again, even though I was a bit rusty, I was so comfortable there :) I haven’t been to a woman’s gym since my teens, and I was not confident to go back to a unisex gym, so I am so happy I joined. Looking forward to seeing out the full 6months 🙌🏽

HEAVILY would recommend. Always good vibes amongst the kaimahi and also members - Kimmy and Scott the owners are super accommodating and the rotating receptionists are so lovely . Rosemary is a PT who has awesome knowledge always ready to help you out. The light therapy saunas in the gym have become routine. Cultural and religious friendly as all are welcome and respected. So glad I came across this gym

Cute little women’s gym. Friendly staff and all the equipment you could need. There’s even a dry sauna! The hours are a little short on weekends and there aren’t that many group classes but overall it’s a good place to get fit.
