Kama is such a welcoming studio with such a diverse range of classes on every type of apparatus. All of the instructors have such a deep knowledge of what they teach and clearly have a passion for sharing that knowledge with others. They each have so many fun new and creative e things to teach you each week so it never grows monotonous. I love how aerial has almost tangible progress if you go consistently. This is the best fitness studio around! The instructors are very knowledgeable and supportive. If you don’t feel comfortable doing something, they will give you other things to work on. There is always good vibes during the classes and it’s very encouraging from other students and the instructors. I have tried bungee, silks, and Lyra/trapeze, all have been great! This studio has something for everyone no matter what your fitness level. The studio owner, Toni, is so sweet. All of the women here are very supportive of one another.

Kama is such an amazing place to take aerial classes at. All the instructors are so friendly and willing to met you where you are at. I highly recommend.

I have completely fallen in love with silks after completing just two intro classes with Kym! I came into my first class knowing nothing and now feel like I have a pretty good handle on some basic sequences. Even though I am still at the beginner level, Kym has a great way of making me feel comfortable enough to push beyond my mental limits and do more than I thought I'd be doing at this stage!
