This is the best fitness studio around! The instructors are very knowledgeable and supportive. If you don’t feel comfortable doing something, they will give you other things to work on. There is always good vibes during the classes and it’s very encouraging from other students and the instructors. I have tried bungee, silks, and Lyra/trapeze, all have been great! This studio has something for everyone no matter what your fitness level. The studio owner, Toni, is so sweet. All of the women here are very supportive of one another.
Kama is such an amazing place to take aerial classes at. All the instructors are so friendly and willing to met you where you are at. I highly recommend.
I have completely fallen in love with silks after completing just two intro classes with Kym! I came into my first class knowing nothing and now feel like I have a pretty good handle on some basic sequences. Even though I am still at the beginner level, Kym has a great way of making me feel comfortable enough to push beyond my mental limits and do more than I thought I'd be doing at this stage!
I’ve been having so much fun at Kama Fitness! The instructors are great at emphasizing safety, explaining good form, and challenging their students. And it’s a GREAT upper body workout! I will definitely be coming back!
