Very helpful folks. We were on the RAP Tour (Round Algonquin Park) on our snowmobiles and one of the guys lost a carbide. Kam-Keg had the part in stock and told us to pull right into the garage when we arrived and they threw the new carbides on for no additional cost. Very helpful and handy owner and staff.
Glad to see most had a good experience, I can't say I did. Many little things happened that I wasn't thrilled about but I will just get down to facts. Dropped off my 9.9 Jonhson, 2 weeks later they told me it was fixed and ready for pick up. Drove 30mins to the shop and she said there it is. When I asked I wanted to see it working I got a bit of attitude....and guess what, they couldn't get it started for 15mins and when they finally did it still had problems.
