Glad to see most had a good experience, I can't say I did. Many little things happened that I wasn't thrilled about but I will just get down to facts. Dropped off my 9.9 Jonhson, 2 weeks later they told me it was fixed and ready for pick up. Drove 30mins to the shop and she said there it is. When I asked I wanted to see it working I got a bit of attitude....and guess what, they couldn't get it started for 15mins and when they finally did it still had problems. Staff is very friendly and professional. They go out of their way to find a solution to your problems. Brought in parts for my 115 Merc boat motor when no one else could. Thanks
