If I could give negative stars I would. I closed with this attorney almost 2 years ago and was never informed of the gap in the chain of title on my home. It was noted to my mortgage company within a list of other items the closing attorney was to complete prior to closing, but the gap was never closed. It wasn’t until I was denied the homestead exemption by the county, that I was ever made aware of the problem. Very unprofessional, lazy and rude! I will never use them again. I work with investors and could have brought them a lot of business but never again.
David and his staff are amazing and attentive. I use this attorney whenever I can because they can professionally and quickly handle any weird or complex issue that may come up with a closing. Highly recommend.
