Tim has fixed our appliances a few times and his service is outstanding! He is knowledgeable, friendly and professional...a great ambassador for KAM Appliances.
Have a great oven that needed service after 10 yrs. The cost to repair vs a new oven made sense. Be patient with the timeline to get the parts and schedule a service date, at the end it’s worth it.
Justin was very knowledgeable and communicated with my wife and I in a clear and effective manner. He was great… Kent Lawson at KAM and then their service folks, Lindsay and Jenny, were extremely efficient setting up Justin to make the service call to our home.
My wife said your service man was great Nilton, went out of his way to explain the issues and the opportunities for appliance care. Very professional. As a home builder I would say you are extremely fortunate to have him on your team.
