My 5 week old Grandson was recently seen in the ER for projectile vomiting. He was admitted for two days on the pediatric floor and seen my Dr Rajeev. She informed my son she was going to discharge him because they couldn’t find anything wrong and they had babies there that were actually sick. Two days later, after no improvement, they took him to CHOA and found out he had an intestinal blockage and needed immediate surgery. We have had great experiences with Dr. Rajeev previously. The newest baby has a severe reaction to rice & oats, & Rajeev is just blowing it off saying "that's not likely as that's really rare, so I want you to give it to him anyway." We tried that this morning, & within 1.5 hours he was screaming, gassy, & completely covered in vomit. We took him to her office for treatment, & they won't see him, so now we're in the ER.
