Dr. Shastri and his team are phenominal, He and his team are straight to the point, honest and answer all my concerns. Highly recommended in my opinion.

impossible to contact. When I need my refills there is no one to contact, my pharmacy waits weeks to hear back. I have had to have my regular dr call over to to get my refill, and then and only then did I get it (drs offices must have more priority). I’m still waiting for an appt (I was ignored when I asked for the new locations address). Not to mention I was not told he was changing practices and locations. I don't know why anyone would give this Dr 1% rating. I give 5 stars because he is excellent to me and really takes great care and concern for my health. I wish all doctors cared like he does. I've had other neurologists before but it was all about the meds for them. What they can get you to take. I was a ginny pig for them way to long and now I have this Dr who cares to see me get better.
