Stay away from this Les than professional I’ll trained person. I went to him for a surgical evaluation in which he evaluated the wrong area of concern. During 5he visit I mentioned that he was not addressing my medical concerns to which he did not reply. I later br ought to his attention this issue, for which he chose to ignore. I went to an other physician with the same credentials which not only addressed my total concerns, but came to a much different medical recommendation on the areas both physicians evaluated. I think Dr. Kao is a great doctor. I went to see him because of some back issues. The first time I met him, I wasn’t sure if it was a good match because he left without saying goodbye and I wasn’t even sure if the exam was over. But the next time I came in, he was very warm and professional and gave me good information. The third time I came in was to get a Cortizone shot in my back and he explained everything patiently and took good care of me. The follow up exam was also very kind, compassionate, and professional. Dr Kao was clear, caring, concise, and considerate. He took time and explained my health situation with detailed compassion coupled with scientific evidence and clearly connected lay terms with medical documentation. I felt cared for, informed, and interested to learn more about how to manage my health issues. I'm grateful and feel encouraged. He is a very good doctor.
