I worked at Kalt Manufacturing in the early 80's. Operating a Devlieg 4K, for a minimum of 60 hrs a week for a long time, before returning back to my home in UK. Looking on the website I thing the company still has the machine, a superb piece of equipment back then, always maintained to the very highest levels, which made operating it and achieving close tolerances relatively straightforward. Lots of good memories.
When I was in highschool I used to work in our basement on my Dad's turret lathe doing jobs for Kalt Manufacturing...loved that blue Shelby Cobra !
