If you need a straight forward, caring and honest doctor with a strong work ethic Dr. Phuntsok is for you. I went in for my appointment and he asked the necessary question valuing my time and needs as well. And when he sent in my prescription I had some issues with my insurance and the pharmacy since it was renewed recently, but Dr. Phuntsok helped me solve in no time and did everything in his hands to make the process smooth for me as well as keeping me updated and letting me know when everything was set and ready. Dr. P is awesome! I’m not sure what that bad review is talking about he is very friendly and thorough. And honestly, if it wasn’t for him, I actually might not be alive right now. Seems dramatic but the story is this: at 53 years old I had never had a colonoscopy, I had no family prior history so I was avoiding it because it is obviously an unpleasant experience.
