PIctures on website are completely overwhelmed with ai upsclaing and touch ups. Makes the look of car completely untrustworthy and the practice is shady at best. Asked for unmodified pictures and was ignored.
Bought 2012 F150 from Kals and the check engine light and the wrench light keeps coming on Bought the vehicle as is they say well let me tell you they should check the vehicles and make sure everything is ok instead of people keep bringing them back . Charging 314 dollars for something that should have been fix right from the beginning. Really think Daniel and John Kallevig really should see what's going on here at there Company'.
Fine but has become overly truck and recreation vehicle focused.
Dan W (Wadena Location) provided probably the beset customer service experience I have ever received in almost 40 years. We purchased a custom built Glacier ice house from him and it was constant communication from start to finish with over a 60 message email chain. very simple process, and the RV was in perfect condition when I received it from what I can tell. Thank you again Dan for everything! I will definitely send people your way.
