Dan W (Wadena Location) provided probably the beset customer service experience I have ever received in almost 40 years. We purchased a custom built Glacier ice house from him and it was constant communication from start to finish with over a 60 message email chain. very simple process, and the RV was in perfect condition when I received it from what I can tell. Charged me for my brake caliper being froze up, one year later exact same problem. Called the mechanic no help. Left a bad review and they got ahold of me within the hour, and actually tried to help. So be aware when getting work done or just do it yourself. 🤔
You’d think these salesmen aren’t making any commission with how little interest they show customers. As well as little to no knowledge about their vehicles. Only salesmen I’ve ever met who didn’t care about making money.
