BEWARE-UNPROFESSIONAL Contacted Kal (Ken LeClare) and asked if he could put 2 handrails in my parents bathroom. I was co-ordinating this from out of state and Kal seemed very nice and willing to do the job. Per his request I sent him an email detailing the job and info. When I asked about scheduling he said he would call me in 10 days to schedule the install. I feel cheated. I was charged over $800 to repair drywall, REPLACE blinds, door knobs, and clean gutters. I paid the $800 -but the gutters never got cleaned -they forgot to replace two doorknobs -the doorknobs they did replace have no hardware, they're just knobs no latching mechanism -the vertical blinds they were supposed to REPLACE were just "repaired" and one or two of the blinds have fallen off again (the same ones that had fallen off before) I called Ken 2 months ago and asked him to come back and clean the gutters at ... read more
