Extremely rude & discourteous Receptionist (pictured). This elderly women behind the desk, would not let me use the patient toilet & was extremely condescending when denying me use of the toilet. Not a good look for the surgery, especially when you are rude in front of other patients in the waiting room. Plus, what women would deny another women of using a toilet in an emergency. Disgusting behaviour.
Dr Yogesh and his staff are lovely. Friendly, helpful and most importantly knowledgeable. They really care about you.
This guy is rude, arrogant and doesn’t listen! Avoid
