After everything I experienced, I feel obligated to share my story. Dr Kalra and his team are very caring and attentive. They where able to help me on short notice after my first surgeon was denied by our insurance... My neck needed 4 disc replacement and 5 vertebrae fusion... While I am still recovering the surgery was a success.
A month ago, my family doctor recommended Dr.Kalra due to my illness. I had an appointment today at 8:45 a.m. I arrived before my scheduled appointment time. I was taken to a room and waited until 9:05 a.m. I asked the staff if I'd been waiting a month for this appointment and if the doctor would be there for me for the past 20 minutes.
