I just did my workout at this location and it was fantastic! I normally do heavy weight training and this experience topped it! Very knowledgeable people that help people reach their goals and even surpass them. I highly recommend people try KalQlate and experience this for themselves!

What a great place to get and stay fit! The ARX equipment saves workout time and gets results faster than standard weights and machines. Garrett and Andy guide us through the workouts and are so helpful in our fitness journey. It’s hard to believe how good this place is until you try it!

KalQLate provides personalized, state-of-the-art fitness training! So awesome to have this available in Hendersonville. I've been going six months and Garrett and Andy are great to work with. Encouraging and knowledgeable. The workouts are tailored to get the most out of them in the least amount of time. So much equipment packed in their gym - ARX, Vitruvian, Carol bikes, Arc360; along with recovery methods like red light therapy and sauna. In six months I've lost about 7 pounds of fat and gained 11 pounds of muscle!
