I have been seeing Dr Helmbrecht for many years for my well woman visits. She is always welcoming and kind but very professional. After my husband died she was caring and sympathetic. I feel as if I am in excellent hands with her and the practice.
Showed up an hour early (appt was 130, home by 145) and was out before my appointment time. Doctor Halmbrecht heard me and provided an option previous doc dismissed and said i should ride it out. She heard my issues and seemed genuinely interested in my well being. The past year has been ROUGH and to have even a smidge of medical interest would have been refreshing! My visit with Dr Helmbrecht from start to finish was OUTSTANDING. The front office ladies were helpful. The nurse taking vitals was pleasant and kind. Meeting Dr Helmbrecht for the first time, she made me feel very comfortable, reassured my feelings and educated me with ideas to improve my health. I am so grateful for the visit.
