No wait time, friendly & professional front and back office staff. Dr. Hool saw us quickly, spent a good amount of time listening to us, assessing the problem, advising us of treatment recommendations, and follow-up appts. She also apologized for a recent failure of follow-up by a colleague. In addition, she phoned us during the week to review the treatment plan, discuss progress, questions, etc..
