I've had Dr Gorthi as my primary care physician for about 5 years. Although most of my appointments are a bit late, she takes the time to cover my issues at each visit. She has given me great referrals as needed and helped me to control my blood sugar, Blood Pressure and cholesteral
I feel like I've escaped a nightmare. This office rarely answers the phone, and claim they didn't receive messages left on their mostly turned off answering machine. My specialist appointment was cancelled three times because they never simply faxed a requested referral. I had to physically go to the office and get the referral and deliver it to the specialist. Dr. Gorthi is very thorough and attentive.
Is it fair to charge for a missed appointment on someone with the beginning stages of dementia? Not the first time this has happened here.
