I scheduled this appointment last minute but still expected professional service since they had availability. I arrived at 4:06 for my 4:15 appointment for a 90 minute massage. No one was at the reception desk. I sat and caught up on work emails and social media while I waited to be greeted. Magally finally came to the front and seemed confused that I was there.
