My dental hygienist, David was excellent. He was concerned about my level of comfort and explained to me the new procedures as well as using care in the cleaning and x-rays.
Awesome, always a pleasant experience. ( for going to a dentist)
My first visit there and I had not seen a dentist in years and was very nervous. They were very warm and friendly and put me at ease and Dr Grimm is wonderful. She explained everything that will need to be done and I really appreciated that. The service there is exceptional.
courteous and explained everything as we went through the new patient process. Although the cleaning was not completed, that is not the fault of staff as they had no idea what to expect.
As always my visit was great. Everyone was pleasant and easy to talk to. I came early and was taken in for my appointment on time as usual. It's too bad dental care wasn't like this when I was a kid. Having the option for a dental plan through them is perfect for me since I'm self employed!
