I moved out of my storage unit on the 1st of the month after thoroughly cleaning it out so I could be sure and get my deposit. The owner was hardnosed and refused to give me my deposit back since I didn't give her a month notice. These storage units will rent and now I'm out my deposit and they will essentially have double rent for this unit when it rents and the customer is dumped on. She could have given me my deposit and not been effected by it. If you rent from Kalona East Side Storage just be aware of this.
Very fast and easy to get setup online, and if you do need a little help they are very responsive and helpful. I had a great experience and got my deposit back very quickly. Will use them again for sure.
