Ashlen has been wonderful to work with so far. She creates workouts tailored to your specific equipment you have at home or the gym if you choose to workout there. The app she uses to track everything from macros to water intake and workouts is super user friendly. She’s always available via chat and willing to video chat if it’s better. She’s motivating, non-judge mental, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend you hire her and see for yourself!
