Took my 6 year old here because he had a sore throat and was in pain, the dr didnt seem like he really cared. He looked inside his throat, barley, and tested him for strep which came back negative. Two days later we are in the hospital and his tonsil is 4 times its regular size, he has to go for a CT scan and potentially drainage of the infection. Not impressed would not recommend.
I really loved this place tell today when they denied seeing my son. She receptionist had me on hold for 8 minutes after being snotty about why I was booking a appointment for my 15 year old son to have x-ray on his stomach as requested by walk in clinic yesterday. I was told the doctor would not see him yet the doctor we seen yesterday told us to go there. Very disappointed and likely won't be going there again. How's can your turn away someone who's in need of medical care. Such a shame. Do better!!!
My son had cut his lip pretty bad at school. They were able to take us in right away. He had 3 stitches and was in and out pretty fast. Amazing service and amazing care to my 10 year old. Thank you !
Amazing service, prompt and courteous med admin staff! We were in and out including an X-Ray and with a cast for my 12 yrs old son in under 30mins!! This is how healthcare with minor injuries should run, no triage. DR Lobato (sp?) was kind and personable, brought back the days of professional wellness practice! We were booked on the spot to see him in 3 weeks, Amazing!
Reception is always so helpful! Keep up the amazing work st this clinic. We need more like this!
