Pretty disappointed with my experience at Kalo Health. My GI doctor ordered a lab, and the results were copied to my PCP, Dr. Andrianakos. She gave me a quick call (just a couple minutes) to go over the results, which I appreciated at the time. Then I noticed Kalo billed my insurance $125 for that short call — for a lab she didn’t even order. I never asked for the call in the first place. Doc Rosemary Andrianakos is the best doctor I have ever had. She is very thorough . She takes the time to answer any Questions I might have about my care very informative. Is very willing to accommodate my needs and supports my choices around my care. She is friendly and very kind.

Am a nearly 30 year old woman - she laughed when I asked about sterilization options (given my medical history she had access to - it would be obvious no brainer) and when I mentioned believing my scalp psoriasis is starting to spread and my joints flare when my skin does - did not even glance at the very obvious issue to see how serious it is and this isn’t some brand new skin condition it’s literally deep and everywhere. Then asks if I want to join the weight loss clinic. Find a woman who will listen to you -
