Lina is amazing! Super helpful and professional
They falsely represented what coverage would be provided. We have an 11 yr history of no claims and had our first accident when with LKA and they were the furthest from helpful and in fact got belligerent in communications after the claim which they declined any assistance with regardless . Asking any questions seemed to hit nerves and Mitchell would lash out with aggressive emails , writing only in caps and often sends emails where there is one letter per line in which is near impossible to read.
