Randi was kind enough to lend her time and thoughtful expertise to me as I was dealing with severance negotiations. Though I ended up not pursuing further legal action, Randi still graciously guided me towards what was right for me and never made me feel like an inconvenience even though she was getting nothing in return from our interaction. That says a lot about a person. If things had gone a different way, I would have 100% confidence in her to fight for me, because she gave me the confidence to fight for myself.
