Randi was kind enough to lend her time and thoughtful expertise to me as I was dealing with severance negotiations. Though I ended up not pursuing further legal action, Randi still graciously guided me towards what was right for me and never made me feel like an inconvenience even though she was getting nothing in return from our interaction.
