Had the most amazing experience at Kalma Spa inside Hotel Victor South Beach. My sister and I booked the 75-minute couples massage and honestly from the moment we walked in, the entire atmosphere felt so peaceful, luxurious, and calming. The spa itself is BEAUTIFUL, smells amazing, and immediately puts you into relaxation mode. It was alright... Staff was very nice but the steam room was not working which was one of the main draws for me. The hammam was technically working but I was unable to use it due to it not being warmed up while I was there and missing the opportunity. I did enjoy the relaxation room for awhile while waiting for service but that was about it. I had the privilege and the pleasure to receive a world class massage treatment from a massage therapist that is highly intuitive. Nirioldis was truly amazing! He provided constant pressure and didnt lose his rhythm, his flow. I arrived from traveling quite a bit and he expertly practiced his highly crafted techniques. Olga was refreshingly authentic and honest. A million thank yous for the experience! This place is a wonderful escape!
