I have used both the sauna and the ice bath. I absolutely love coming here, and my favourite thing to do is use the ice bath/cold plunge. I feel so refreshed and rejuvinated. As a bonus, the place is beautiful, calming, and at the end of each session I get a healthy treat.

I used a gift voucher for a float session at Kalm Springs this morning. The space is super calming and beautifully set up. I wasn’t feeling 100% after my session, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. They really went out of their way to make sure I was okay and even offered me a chance to lay down and rest and relax with a little extra pampering before I left, which I really appreciated. My aches and pains have subsided already. Such lovely customer service – would definitely recommend!
