So grateful to Kim and the team ( lovely blonde lady whom I didn’t get the name of ) for a wonderful experience, I’ve done many saunas and ice baths in the past few years but the professionalism and support and knowledge was really next level, the spa itself is devine and it felt like I was wrapped in a warm blanket of love and care during my 2 hours there today. I love Casuarina Kalm Springs. This place is beautiful! It's clean, they have amazing options to choose from, the products they sell are divine. Staff is super friendly and helpful!

Disappointing place for me. I did manage to relax ok my float, but the ambience and quality of the float rooms is far behind city cave, shower products are not good. When I gave a private review I was met with excuses rather than a willingness to improve which is why I’m sharing publicly on here. Only good thing was the friendly lady at reception.
