The day before we were flying out to Europe for three months, we were recommended Kalm Space by another Abnb Host , when the cleaning company I had employed, let us down . I phoned KalmSpace , Karen completely put my mind at ease and took over the property for me . I didn’t even get the opportunity to show them the Abnb , as we had Guests in , but Karen and her team were professional, friendly and very accommodating. We have found Kalm space and the Team to be helpful, very supportive and prompt in all areas. The staff are friendly and all have gone above and beyond to make our stay comftable and stress free. I highly recommend kalm space to anyone. Can't fault them at all 100% best service all round .
The team at Kalm Space was extremely helpful in preparing my unit to rent out. They were transparent with details about the different options, and flexible to work with my unique property. Now that it is on short term rental they are taking excellent care of it and responding to market conditions to attract quality guests and optimise revenue. Guests are very happy with their stays and leaving top reviews!
Karen and the team at Kalm Space property Management have provided excellent service to both the people who tenant my property as well as myself as an owner. I would happily recommend their business to anyone out there looking to get into the Airbnb/short term rental industry.
