I went in to get a full set of hybrid lashes today and it was a TERRIBLE experience. I’ve had my eyelashes done before for many years and NOTHING can compare to how uncomfortable and painful my experience was. My eyes were constantly burning and the lash tech was pulling and tugging at my eyelashes. My eyes were watering like crazy because glue kept getting in my eyes. Usually this place is amazing for eyebrow threading, I’ve been going here for 2 years and both ladies do excellent work. We usually make small talk, and I always have a pleasant time. Recently they hired 2 new people, they were both very rude to me. I had been waiting for a long time and asked how much longer because I had a work shift. She stated ‘can I at least go to the bathroom’ and ‘you can go and come back we close at 7pm’. I ended up leaving, and going to the Tacoma site on a different day instead. Nice welcome when I come in. Even if there's a wait it's not a long wait make sure you check out their specials and get an even lower price with good service. The only con I found is that when there are more than two employees working they talk to each other nonstop as they are working on you which I find very annoying.

I've been going to Kally since they opened their doors in Silverdale. They are polite, courteous and professional. I have even got my eyebrows tinted. I highly recommend it, to get rid of the greys.
