I came in for a lash lift and unfortunately had a terrible experience. The technician was juggling other customers during my appointment, which meant they left the solution on my lashes for too long. As anyone in the beauty industry should know, timing is crucial for this service — and the result was my lashes being completely over-processed and ruined.
