Walked in with fully grown in eyebrows and walked out with two different shaped eyebrows that were not even fully groomed. I will have to home and clean it up, literal waste of money. I even asked if she even did one of the eyebrows because it looked unfinished. Super disappointing.

First time coming here and will be coming back. Rubi did such a great job. Got an eyebrow wax, eyelash lifting with a tint! And the price was reasonable. She did a great job that I went ahead and got the membership for the eyelash lifting.

i usually love going but, if you see the younger girl who’s always on her phone WALK BACK OUT THAT DOOR. i’d be more then happy to point her out to a manager, she cares more about being on her phone then giving a good service. i asked her to simply CLEAN UP my eyebrows and not change the shape at all, i felt her taking off way to much as she was threading, my eyebrow arches are gone and my eyebrows are so thin, and not even the shape i started out with.
