I've been coming to the Lakewood location primarily for 2 years, but have been to Tacoma in the last 30 days & 2 years prior to Lakewood, and something has definitely changed. I mentioned something to the technician today and it was brushed off, but the thread hurts and left my skin SUPER irritated and now breaking out ( the last 2-3 visits). I've gotten my brows threaded and tinted here. They almost always do a great job and are very friendly.
Got a walk in lash lift and tint by Rupa. Looks good.
They are lovely
Young lady who helped me. Needed more training. Eye color and brow both wrong. Instead of arguing. After first mishap. I left.
