My husband brought our car into Tim to have both ball joints replace along with struts and the sway bar After driving it for a week and 1⁄2 I was coming home when the ball joint broke off and my tire nearly fell off! Luckily I was driving in a 25 mph area! The lockpin was never placed This was a serious mistake , it could have cost me or my husband our lives! I've been bringing my Subaru and Toyota vehicles to Kallis for the past decade! Tim and the crew are always friendly, honest, and they have fair prices. If your in a pinch they always find a way to fit you in the schedule! I wouldn't bring my vehicles to anybody else!
I took my car there and Tim was great at showing me what was wrong. He took the time to explain what was wrong. Clean place and organized. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends.
