I would just like to say that I found the customer service exceptional from the 1st phone call to the finish of the work on my furnace. I needed several parts and the Technician had to collect the parts, return and install them, he was finished in a couple of hours. My call into the office was pleasant and I was greeted by a very professional receptionist, who advised would call back with an appointment time, and did so very quickly. Probably the worst experience I have ever had with customer service. After fixing a couple things with my furnace, it still wouldn't work, The tech came back and checked a couple things and said he and the owner would be back the next day to figure out what was wrong, Well...next day no call, until we called them. Where the owner told us to go back to our realtor. There may be a warranty,,etc etc. Said he was trying to save us money.
