Worst vet in the area, take your pets anywhere else instead. (I have refused to go to this place for years and i figured i should share my experience) The reception staff always seems annoyed or burdened when you call/arrive for an appointment. They are expensive. And the biggest reason is I had scheduled an appointment for my dog because she had been showing signs of a neurological issue, on the day of the appointment there was a really bad ice storm. This animal hospital is amazing! The employees and veterinarian are nice and very knowledgeable. The clinic is very clean and has great atmosphere. I Took my two border aussies in to get fixed, they came out with absolutely no swelling, healed extremely fast, and we're treated extremely well. Not to mention the prices are very affordable! I would recommend this vet to anyone.
The only vet around Traverse city that’s not highway robbery! If people want fake, overly friendly treatment, then you’ll pay for it. This is a real veterinary clinic.
