Short version: They didn't want to follow their own posted close time and sent a vet away 15 minutes BEFORE close time after I was already checked in and sitting down because they had a party to be early for. Though they already knew my symptoms, nothing lengthy to deal with, I had to go to the ER and wait for the same service they could have provided in very short time and for cheaper. Very quick and professional. Is located inside Family healthcare/urgent care. From check-in to walking out the door post test, it only took 6 minutes total which is about half as long as it took me to find a parking spot!! Very pleased with fast service even with waiting room plumb full!! Free service and i got results in 24 hours 😁
Everything was very professional and the process of getting a covid test was very simple, quick and free! Natalie is an absolute saint!! 100x better than walgreens covid test!
Direct exposure and advised to get tested. Turned away for no referral. Was told I could pay to see on duty physician for a referral to be tested. Advised them I was a Healthcare provider and still refused to test without seeing their physician. Received testing at another facility
