Horribly unresponsive- you can call and call and they won’t answer or call you back. You’ll need to go in if you want to get anything done by them. As a taxpayer and someone who works 40+ hours a week this is unacceptable.

Excellent service! April and Billy went out of their way to make sure I got my oversized trash pickup done, even though they were already halfway through their pickup day. A+

Wow. Just wow. If you ever need an example of what not taking responsibilities for one's actions, this is the right place. I worked for a different public works office in a different area and the workers and their actions are protected. The road crew last year were rude and complete a*@holes. The plow drivers are not much better. Maybe consider listening to people and being more careful, the reviews wouldn't be horrible.
