The entire service team was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. My 2021 F150 had 3 leaks in the front and rear differential, they had me in and fixed in less than a week. **The leaks were due to harsh temperatures in Alaska and thousands of miles, not the truck itself.

My car was having an issue with playing audio from my phone but when I took my car in it seemed to fix itself. They tried for most of the day to get it to have the issue again so that they could fix it but it hasn't happened since. They also called me the next day to check back in. I appreciate their caring service as we do a lot of traveling and rely on my car.
Work with service advisor Tucker Cronk. Excellent. Like many F-150 owners waiting for Recall 25S82/25V512 parts. Tucker has ordered parts and will email when in. Can continue using truck until parts arrive. Very pleased with how Tucker makes sure customer feels taken care of. UPDATE - 05/05 recall parts still on backorder. Had 1st oil and filter change. Service was quick and Tucker answered all my questions. Very happy with Service Dept.
