Steve and his Service did were great. There was a hiccup with the online booking. Steve made a few adjustments and got me right in and serviced and out the door in an hour. Also, nicest and most inviting Ford dealership I have ever been in across the country
Even though the service was 1 1/2 yrs ago for bad gas, but when the seals gave out due to a pressure flush, they claimed it wasn't by them. No one else has touched the fule lines but them. A small leak that was unable to be located was blame on us for not catching it quickly.
Always a great service experience at Kalispell Ford. From a warranty issue to an oil change to solving odd problems - the whole crew is great. Solid communication, kind people and they just really seem to care. Violet the courtesy driver is a ray of sunshine too!!
