I am so grateful that a family friend recommended the Mcintees. My father passed away during the pandemic. Such a difficult time especially with the restrictive circumstances. When my Aunt for whom I have POA passed last week, the hospice contacted the funeral home my Aunt had pre-arranged her funeral with years ago. A friend of Bernie's and Marsha's was handling the business while they were on vacation and called me to go through the details. My first impression walking into this place was how extremely unkept it appeared. Instantly I felt the need to use hand sanitizer and double mask. Bernie ( who I believe is the owner ) and his wife were very inconsiderate following the death of my family member. Obviously this is very unprofessional and unfortunate being that I was looking for something affordable but in the migst of things they wanted to charge for storage fees for their lack of preparation.
