Professional from the phone call to correcting the problem. Explained everything he was doing. Knowledgeable about the product. The installation was great Neal Mason and Trevin did a great job!! Very professional, listened carefully, provided excellent explanation.
Draven was super helpful. He calmly explained that a wire that wasn’t originally hooked up for the previous thermostat needed to be for the google nest. The house and my stress level are cooling down.
