Coach Kal has been able to help me change the way I approach my daily workouts as a 40+ year old Dad but also has assisted my 13 year old son with learning the proper way to train and get stronger. My 11yr old son broke his tibia and fibula. He had surgery and pins put in his leg. He was non weight bearing for 6 weeks then moved to a boot. He was leaving physical therapy three times a week feeling deflated and never stronger. We met with Coach Kal.
