My 14 yo daughter has truly enjoyed training with Coach Kal. She plays competitive soccer and he has helped her get stronger, faster, even “bouncier” on the field. She recently was injured (after time away) and he is so knowledgable about what she needs for a complete comeback and injury prevention. My daughter asks me how we can fit more trainings with Coach Kal into her schedule, which says alot- she can feel the difference!

Our family has had a great experience with Coach Kal! We have 2 teens (in various sports) who Coach Kal trains hard and with each athlete’s needs in mind. Our son has trained there a year and has seen great results! Coach Kal communicates frequently and truly cares about his clients!
KPA has helped take my performance on the field to the next level. I have no doubt that I will achieve all my goals under the guidance of Coach Kal. This is more than a one size fits all program. KPA pays Individualized attention to where an athlete wants to grow and then helps them to excel.
Coach Kal has been able to help me change the way I approach my daily workouts as a 40+ year old Dad but also has assisted my 13 year old son with learning the proper way to train and get stronger.
