Great counselors here!! Really care about their clients. Would recommend be considerate of their time and organized when you go including be on time, if you need a letter or something sent request it during your visit. They are running a practice here, not a free for all..
Takes complete advantage of their clients. Especially those with anxiety and PTSD. They have a rule that if you’re 15 minutes late you get charged $100. My friend, who has severe anxiety and other illnesses, arrived at 13 after. The therapist had already left, yet they got charged the $100. My friend called the following week on Monday. They refuse to look at the footage, reprimand the therapist that left early or refund the money.
