Great counselors here!! Really care about their clients. Would recommend be considerate of their time and organized when you go including be on time, if you need a letter or something sent request it during your visit. They are running a practice here, not a free for all..

Takes complete advantage of their clients. Especially those with anxiety and PTSD. They have a rule that if you’re 15 minutes late you get charged $100. My friend, who has severe anxiety and other illnesses, arrived at 13 after. The therapist had already left, yet they got charged the $100. My friend called the following week on Monday. They refuse to look at the footage, reprimand the therapist that left early or refund the money. Call and request payment of bill they have never sent me and treat me like I'm crazy for requesting an actual bill before I make payment. Treatment was good but billing practices are more than suspect
