Unprofessional is an understatement, they are deserving of zero stars! I was here for an issue and once completed I need a return to work form to which the individuals at Kalina stated they would send over so I could return to work, but it would cost fifty dollars. I said no problem, they responded with should we charge the card on file I responded with yes and I was charged the fifty dollars for the return to work letter.
