So this is actually a mixed review, but 5 stars in the end. Our orangeburg pipe (IYKYK) had pretty much catastrophic failure in 2018, and on the advice of several friends we hired Kalin to fix it (involving a liner & installing exterior clean-outs) for 9k - a hefty sum for us. Long story short, there were failures about 18 months later. We discovered that the clean-out went into the dirt, not the pipe (wth?!), and the joints failed (looking at you, City of Spokane - these do NOT work - approve something else!) We had some sewer line issues this summer and needed it worked on as soon as possible. Kalin came out for an estimate and provided great insight and advice on what our options were. We had a plan that we wanted to follow and they were super flexible in making it happen. They squeezed us into their busy schedule and got the job done promptly. We are really happy with how it turned out and super grateful for their communication and hard work. Thank you!
