All the love for the Kalijo team. I moved to the city a few years ago and have been to other Pilates studios and Kalijo is still the best one out there, hands down. Other instructors have commented positively on my form and connection and that is 100% thanks to the instruction I received at Kalijo. You guys rock. 10/10 recommend for anyone and everyone.
My first consultation with Jennifer exceeded any expectation I had for what this experience could be. The studio is clean and calming. The energy in that space is uplifting and supportive. I felt compassion and generosity. I just bought and booked a package of eight sessions. I'm looking forward to working with this incredible group of humans.
