5 stars all around for Kalijo Pilates. The instructors are knowledgable and have a keen interest in your well-being with their excellent cuing, both verbal and physical. The clientele are equally great, open and welcoming to any new comers (me ;-). Definitely recommended!
I started Pilates at Kalijo 9 years ago, when I was 77, after a hip replacement. After my husband saw big improvements in a year’s time, he also joined the studio and is not looking back. Having been in the hands of many trainers in the studio, I continue to be amazed at their dedication to our individual wellbeing. Thanks to a regular schedule at the studio, I am able to deal with a large garden, and go about my daily activities, with my brain occasionally rectifying posture, gestures and breathing.
