Called today to make an appointment. Woman was extremely rude as usual. The last time I was in there she charged me almost $400 for 2 adults and 1 child. When questioned about it, every answer was a lie considering the price board was right there on the wall. I tried to give you an opportunity to make it up today but your staff doesn't seemed to have changed. They dont clean the pedi sinks out unless asked either. Ewww. Get it together. Youre worse than the malls...

They are very friendly and do great work. They accept appointments and do hold the time for you!
One star is too generous. My mother came here for a pedicure after making an appointment. When she arrived for her appointment, she was settled in a pedicure chair and left to soak. A walk-in customer came in, and instead of returning to my mother, they waited on the walk-in customer, leaving my mother's feet soaking in cold water for over 25 minutes. She had to get up and leave without any service. Don't bother making an appointment, they don't keep them.
