I bought some carpet from Scott to redo a bedroom. The price was great, the scheduled date for the installers was just a couple of days. The installers came at the promised time, they were professional, quick, clean, did not left any mess what-so-ever. I will definitely use this company again.
I am utterly convinced this is a front for something else. I have stopped by multiple times during "open" hours and they never are.
We have been in contact with Scott since April 2021 to get a warranty request on our flooring done. He responds 50% of the time and has yet to commit to a time to get it done. We needed two things fixed, he had someone come by and fix one thing after 4 months of asking and now we are waiting on the second half of our request. He said yesterday if we want to schedule it we would have to pay for the repair but if we want it to be covered as a warranty claim he will just let us know when someone is in the area. We just bought new hardwood floors and carpet for our home. They had the best service I have ever had. I am not very good at matching colors to my home and they were so helpful. Before you buy a floor you stop by. Just wanted to add another review! When we moved into a new home and wanted to change the floors I knew exactly who to call. Scott had many options for us to choose from and helped us find exactly what we were looking for! Love our new flooring and can’t wait to use them again for our next project!
