It’s very easy to make an appointment through text and she is so kind and welcoming. She really listens to what you want and takes her time to shape everything carefully. The chair even has a massage feature, which makes the experience extra relaxing while getting threaded. Afterward she applies a soothing moisturizer or cooling gel to calm the skin, which is such a nice touch. Highly recommend!
