After being a patient with this office for many years going as far back as I believe Dr. Gandhi & Dr. Gollakota 1992. I have been canceled as a patient. I feel I have been treated very badly. I assist a client to this office not too often. The client has been going to this doctors office for 20+ years. Today, the client was told that they are no longer allowed to be seen at this doctor's office due to 3 cancelations. The thing is, they have not canceled 3 times ever!! For anyone who thinks that signing up to have Dr. Eswaran as your doctor please read this first. I have a daughter who has a serious medical issue. When my family had to change our health plans we were “assigned” to Dr. Eswaran. And what a clown show this as been! In order for my daughter to get a much needed shot, prescribed mind you by a her board certified psychiatrist, we had to be seen by her new primary doctor Dr. Eswaran. Sounds simple right? The worst staff and facility I have ever encountered. Be prepared for phone calls not being answered, late replies, and just bad customer service.
Dr. Aquino and Dr. Eswaran have always addressed my medical concerns and there were never any surprises and no extra charges or bills. I recommend both as well as their great staff.
